When you choose to rent from us, you will be subject to our General Rental Conditions (GTC), which govern the terms of your vehicle rental. We want to provide you with an overview of the main conditions to facilitate your rental experience.
When booking your car rental ou utility on our website, you will be asked to accept our GTC, which implies that you have read and accepted these conditions. We ensure that the vehicle rental be done in a way transparent et fair, establishing a contract that protects the interests of both parties.
Before handing over the rental vehicle to you, we will need certain documents from you, such as your ID, your address, your valid driver's license and means of payment in your name. Depending on the category of vehicle you choose, other criteria may also be required, such as specific age conditions, minimum driving license seniority or special means of payment.
The rental agreement will specify where the vehicle will be made available to you. You will have the option of picking up and returning the car to the location of your choice, as indicated in the contract, or to one of our four agencies located at Roland Garros airport in Saint-Denis, Sainte-Marie, Saint-Gilles or Saint-Pierre.
The period of validity of your rental contract is 30 days. If you wish to extend the rental beyond this period, a renewal will be necessary.
When handing over the vehicle, we will ensure that it is in good condition. However, it is your responsibility to check that it does not present any damage or anomaly at that time. Likewise, you must return the vehicle in the condition in which you received it.
If you wish to authorize other drivers, please mention them in the contract. They will be authorized to drive the vehicle, but they will remain under your responsibility. However, in the event of a traffic violation, both the renter and the driver at the time of the violation will be held liable. We recommend that you opt for the addition of an additional driver when making your reservation or when you arrive at the agency.
We provide a liability insurance included in the rental, covering material damage and bodily injury to the driver and passengers. In the event of an accident, it is important to take all the necessary measures to ascertain the facts and preserve evidence. Please note that the vehicle is not insured against theft, so we advise you to take all the necessary precautions to avoid this type of incident, such as parking in a safe place, do not leave the keys inside the vehicle in your absenceand to lock all doors.
Before recovering the vehicle, you will have to make a security deposit called a "caution", which will include the vehicle's deductible as well as a fuel guarantee of €100. In addition, you will have to pay the estimated amount of the rental. If you wish to reduce the deductible, you have the option of subscribing to a partial or total deductible reduction, either when you online booking, or in an agency.
The rental contract ends and liability is lifted only when you return the vehicle, keys and administrative documents. The return of the vehicle must be made during the opening hours of our agencies.
In the event of non-payment of the services subscribed, damage to the vehicle or non-return of the vehicle (except in cases of force majeure), the agency will collect the security deposit.
